I implement an "Added Value" approach so that my clients can accomplish and succeed in their digital transformation and integration challenges.
I am attentive to the implementation of Account Strategy oriented towards the Client, based on its business challenges and determined by the solutions that the Client needs. This approach makes it possible to support the Client in achieving its objectives of transformation and business development through a virtuous circle: cost reduction, increased investments and increased market share.
My career with large global IT services companies has allowed me to acquire a solid expertise in Account Management and the sale of high value-added solutions to "Key Accounts" in the Banking, Insurance and public sector sectors.
I like to support Clients with strong transformation challenges and to be upstream to generate and anticipate future deals. I immerse myself in the DNA of the Clients and I adapt the generic offers of my portfolio to their challenges.
To achieve this, I lead multidisciplinary teams made up of business experts, technical and commercial experts working on the Account by capitalizing on a structuring element that is the "Account Plan". I define the strategy, share it with the account team and validate it in terms of development axes and investments with the General Management.
